I HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN OR SENSITIVE EYES — CAN I STILL ORDER FROM CLEAN OTTER?

WILL THE PRODUCTS I ORDER BE FRESH, SAFE AND AUTHENTIC?
Yes. Clean Otter works directly with the brands or authorised distributors to ensure that all products are 100% authentic, properly stored, and fresh upon shipping. We do not sell expired or grey market products.
ARE THE PRODUCTS VEGAN, ORGANIC OR CRUELTY-FREE?

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK WITH DIFFERENT BRANDS?
Since Clean Otter works with multiple brands and fulfilment locations, your order may be shipped directly from the brand or our distribution partners. In some cases, your order may arrive in separate packages. Tracking details will be provided for each shipment once dispatched. .
IS IT EASY TO RETURN AN ITEM IF NEEDED?

WHAT IF I WANT TO ORDER MULTIPLE BRANDS IN ONE ORDER?
You can absolutely place orders containing products from multiple brands. Depending on brand warehouse locations, your items may ship separately, but you will always receive full tracking information for each shipment.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?
Once an order is placed, it is automatically sent for processing to the brand or supplier. As a result, cancellations or modifications are not always possible. Please double-check your order carefully before completing checkout. If you have an issue, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
